Playlist not updating

Hi all,

Please can someone tell me if there is an issue BBC and their content updating on playlist? I have added a few shows when I got the puck first and the shows have been added. For some reason the last few days none of my BBC shows which I had on my playlist have been updated? Can someone help me please and how I would go about resolving the issue?

@Joe1261 Personally I have not noticed and issues with this but try a reboot of your puck. Just switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

 

A reboot will often resolve software glitches.

Hi, I have tried this and also refreshed my apps option. I am not sure if it is a BBC thing or a Sky issue. I may need to call them to see if it is a known issue?

Earlier this week i saw an issue where BBCs shows weren't popping up on the continue watching rail but were on the playlist.

 

This seeming fixed itself at some point yesterday as series i had started then reappeared on continue watching, so i didn't have to access them via the playlist.

I have noticed this issue also. It works for some shows but not all. For the playlist it is meant to show most recent shows added at the start but it is not doing this for BBC shows.

I just wonder if it is a software issue?
