New customer, sky puck keeps coming up with different errors.

MYSKY_1998 MYSKY_2998 MYSKY_7998 are a few of the errors, is it fixable or am I best cancelling my contrqct as im still in the 14 day cooling off period?

@Al011 what are you doing/accessing on the puck that is bringing up these errors?

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer
