Two days ago, if I tuned in to ITV part way through a programme, I could watch it from the beginning via the Watch from start option. That option has now disappeared. Is there any other way of re- winding live tv?
I have discovered the same problem today. I am usually able to watch QVC channel from the beginning if I forget the start time but both yesterday and today the option had also disappeared. I have switched everything off and restarted the router and puck box but it hasn't rectified anything. I wish there was a way to stop the updates automatically going ahead. I would then wait till all teething problems had been sorted before updating. When can we expect this feature to be restored?
