Sky Ghostbuster?

Night before my Sky stream would not connect, yet when i rebooted, it still wouldn't connect. I checked the network and everything was correct, but still no connection to the program guide . Then suddenly after about the twentieth attempt I managed to make it work. Then last night it came on and after a while whilst watching a program it started to switch channels. Which was very annoying!  Is it the puck? Anyone else experience this?
