Play from start, keeps looping

Tuned into guide and went to watch a program, it was halfway through, so I opted play from the start, then box played adverts, once done told me my programme was about to start, then replayed adverts again. Did this 4 times.

I can see stream going back

Yep, although it could just be itv

Were both your looping issues on ITV?

No, however after consideration, i have been in touch to return the stream.

I believe the concept to be very good, but too many little niggling issues.

Lip sync, black screens, looping adverts, freeze framing, or content fast moving before settling.

I have 250 broadband so as it was hardwired, cannot see how it could play up. I have a roku stick in bedroom that relies on wifi, but not hardwired and it works seamlessly, so I should expect sky to be able to cope, sad that it does not but there you go.
