Seems to be a connection issue...TV picture keeps going pixilated.

This is likely to be a local issue to you. No wide spread reports on the forum. Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? Who is your ISP?
Have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes?
