Can’t connect my lg pled tv to my sky stream remote

After pressing 1 and 3 and following the on screen instructions it doesn't work with any of the various iterations.   How can I enter the code for my lg oled smart tv manually.  It's driving me nuts and should be simple enough????

Still haven't had a fix from Sky.  Can Sky please update the LG model options to include mine
