Hi @Di34
You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD on Sky steam. If your not getting this you will struggle.
What is your expected speed? Are you new to Sky etc? We are fellow subscribers here on the community and don't know anything about your set up unless you tell us.
If you are struggling with your broadband speed more generally it may be worth your post being moved to the broadband board where users with better knowledge can help you.
Have you checked your service status?
