Pin locked problems

Every time I try and watch a sky movie or TV program I am getting "your pin has been entered incorrectly 3 times, pin locked, please try again in 10 minutes". Problem is, I haven't tried to enter a pin at all! I get the same message on the parental  settings page. Anyone else had this??

I am locked out on my pin  message is your pin has been entered incorrectly 3 times pin locked please try again in ten minutes. I have not use the oin in more than 24 hours.

I have the same issue constantly. It's becoming a major issue. Even when I shut down and wait 10 minutes it doesn't unlock.
