Pin locked problems

Every time I try and watch a sky movie or TV program I am getting "your pin has been entered incorrectly 3 times, pin locked, please try again in 10 minutes". Problem is, I haven't tried to enter a pin at all! I get the same message on the parental  settings page. Anyone else had this??
