Picture, selection, sound and interference to picture

Shuddering picture and pauses randomly and loss of sound randomly. Green thick line sometimes appear during commercial breaks at top of screen. Error to load program and then have to go back to the TV program selecton

Hi @Charles10 

 

How's is your Puck connected to the internet and what is your broadband speed? The recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.

 

Connecting via ethernet and turning off WiFi may provide stability. You can check what speed you are getting at your Sky Stream Puck by opening Netflix scrolling down to notifications and then across to help. In the menu go to check your network.

As I said cable networked and runs Amazon and Netflix UHD. Internet speed 146mb more than enough

Looks like the original feed or bad programming., or that puck electronics. Not sure¡

Yup WiFi off, running cat 7 cable
