do we need to do anything to get this Netflix fix? Had issues for a couple of weeks and nothing is fixing it.

No, you do not need to do anything, as mentioned in the answered post within this thread, a fix is currently being rolled out to customers.

I think that this has gone on long enough for Sky to proactively send out email updates to all affected customers rather than saying nothing and relying on customers to log into chat (and other chats) to get an update. The level of customer service is really bad and there is no real acknowledgment/proactive communication of the issue

Completely agree; this is my second message and we are taking weeks now, the lack of proactive comms on this from sky (which should not be limited to chat string) is a disgrace, no acknowledgment/ acceptance of issue, on front foot, no plan, no comment on costs and service affected to date and no pplanned remedy.
always amazing me how much time sky have to chase enhanced/ new deals/ sales. When it comes to issues or service quality; don't hold your breath

I'm having the same issue now for 2 weeks. I have to restart everyday just to watch netflix.
Ive had enough. Sky is far to expensive and now this on top. Ridiculous.
It's been reported numerous times to them by numerous people and still they haven't fixed the problem.
Not acceptable. I won't be renewing when my contract is up.

Yes this is getting ridicoulous. Needs sorting ASAP what are we paying for ? So frustrating keeping rebooting

You don't need to reboot, quicker workaround.
Click profile in top left, click get help, scroll all the way down to exit Netflix, reopen netflix and will be working. (Make sure to go through the get help option. Not just the exit Netflix option)
Not ideal but quicker than rebooting.

Doesn't work for me, so I had to the reboot. Anyhow, it should be all fixed now, as mine is fixed.

why no statement and no apology?
When will it be fixed this is a real issue for a so called premium product and premium supplier?

I have three Sky Pucks.
A month or so ago this issue with Netflix appeared on all of them.
You can reset the picture quality, which I duly did, and very occasionally the picture quality improved but mostly it was terrible.
So I haven't used Netflix for a month, until this morning.
Still shocking quality.
Sky needs to address this issue head on and inform all its subscribers it has a problem.
Christ, we pay enough and deserve better
