Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
I only ever had pixelation issues on the broadcast on UHD sports and looks like they are resolved now , no issues for the past couple of days . Never had any other issues personally with sky stream apart from that

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Hi @MohsinAwan .
Glad to hear things have improved for you. Hope it holds. No o good for me though. Still getting pixelation from time to time (just had on on DS9 @ about 2 minutes in for instance). I've also been having "please wait" problems and "there is a technical problem" The "please wait" appeared to be on all channels and lasted long enough for me to give up. Thank goodness for Feeview!

@squareeyeschris am also having the please wait and also "waiting for program to load" along with sometimes the TV schedule list not updating. Pixelation seems to be ok... famous last words

thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I don't do WhatsApp but I guess there's a complaints link somewhere on the website?

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
@squareeyeschris Email viewerr@sky.uk to get the complaint procedure started they should then send you options of how to continue with the complaint. This does include Whatapp (other ways to get in touch were available) which is where I asked the question if it was possible to leave my contract early without early termination charges. The person I spoke to went away to ask and they agreed. It will probably depend on who you speak to as to the answer you get though. Make sure to keep screenshots or a recording of any conversations you have. Just keep pushing them. Good luck. Reading the latest messages on here it looks as if the technical issues are getting worse not better.

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Don't want to tempt fate but I'm watching the Leeds game in UHD and it's not pixelated once on Main Event so far. Hasn't been this good for me since I switched to Stream from SkyQ

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
I'm cautiously optimistic. Watched F1 practice and first half of the Leeds game on UHD with no issues so far.
As Tartan67 said, not had this long without an issue in a couple of months

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Spoke too soon, the Bournemouth Arsenal match on Premier League UHD channel has started pixelating again 🤷♂️. It does make you wonder what corners Sky must be cutting compared to other streaming platforms who seem capable of delivering picture perfect content

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Perhaps when they figure it out they could start charging £6 pm for "No Pixelation " 😆

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Just saw my first glitch of the weekend on Main Event UHD. It's possible I missed others when not paying attention but it at least seems better even though it's not fully resolved
