Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
@Bluegiraffe @I guess that helps you as Sky are telling me to talk to mine and offering limited help as they can't see the whole chain 😒

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
No help at all really. Sky is my ISP. They checked my whole chain, said it was all working fine, then sent me a replacement puck, which of course didn't help at all.

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
Just had my replacement puck - same story
Do you find if you reboot its ok for a few days then problem returns?
I think it maybe a caching issue.
What I find starnge is, i had minimal issues until the big outtage in September, since then nothing but problems 😞

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels
A while since I did a reset so I don't remember. I don't think resetting did anything. Odd you mention caching as I've been thinking along those lines. Insufficient caching in the pucks? Why it should start so suddenly I've no idea, unless something farther up the transmission chain has changed.
I've given up with Sky now so back to Freeview and apps on the tv. Also going to give EE a go for a couple of weeks during the cooling off period.

Hi Everyone
Thank you so much for your continued patience and persistence whilst we worked through, what turned out to be a very difficult problem to get to the root of. We're grateful for the feedback and examples that the Community have provided us with.
You may have already noticed that we have applied a fix for the broadcast of all Sky branded channels. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in helping us to get to this stage of the investigation.
We continue to investigate a problem with ITV's channels, and I'll be moving the recent posts about this issue to a new thread. As soon as we have any updates for this issue, we'll let everyone know on that thread.
If you find that you have a pixelation problem on channels not mentioned above, we'd suggest creating a new thread, so that the Community can provide further technical assistance.
Thank you again, everyone!
Kev
