@Jason+Golding Think it might be you who's confused. You can switch to UHD on the Premier League channel. We really do appreciate your input though.

All the best.

@Jason+Goldingfeel free to try it sometime old chum. Click on "watch in UHD" on the Premier League channel & you will see it's called Sky Sports Premier League UHD. Send us a pic when you've done it.

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels

mines started going pixely , usually in the left side of screen for a few seconds with lots of pink squares and then it sorts it self    it's doing it more and more frequently ( 10 times a day or more) my speed is always fine so it's not that    my guess is it's another problem on the list of problems.   my sky is so glitchy    remote problems, freezing problems, crashes, app problems and now this.    it's not really fit for use is it

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels

I have noticed that over the last couple of days that live tv is fine and picture is perfect until I use an app, yesterday discovery + , today itv hub, once I then come back into live tv the pixelation occurs and only a restart will solve

Sky Puck pixelating with sky fibre connection

For the last number of weeks my sky stream through the pick device keeps pixelating on multiple channels and streaming services.

i can sometimes get temporary relief if I reboot the puck and/or WiFi box but the problem keeps recurring.

have completed a full reboot of the puck with software update but no luck.

Re: Syfy channel intermitently pixelating

Thanks for this. Last night 21.10 24 at 10pm Sky Comedy channel had regular  2 second glitches and partial "green screen." Also BBC4 had similar problems the same night at 11pm. I have done the reset so lets hope this works. I have a top FFTP service with BT/EE of 900mb download speed

Assuming your broadband connection is fast and stable enough to support Sky Stream (have you run the Netflix network check?) then there's not a lot else you can do.

There has been a recent issue with pixellation appearing on various random channels, but particularly on live sport, which Sky have been investigating.

Other than that, just make sure there is nothing in your property which can cause interference on your network. Sky Stream pucks are sensitive to broadband speed and quality fluctuations so it's imperative to give them as good a signal as possible.

Re: Sky Puck pixelating with sky fibre connection

Cheers for that, I'll run the check you suggested but I was having no issues for the first 8 months I have been connected and nothing has changed in the home for the last month that would be impacting it so I'm a bit at a loss.

suspect a deterioration in the fibre connection is most likely source.

Re: Picture Intermittently Pixelating - Many Channels

My connection test showed 256Mbps so that is not the issue, the picture was awful again last night and even dropped off so I ended up running another full reboot with software update which cleared the problem for the evening but having to do this every second day is going to be frustrating.
