Posted by a Sky employeeHi Everyone
I see that @Fothergill1 has mentioned that they started seeing the ITV problem about a week ago. Is that the same for everyone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KevNewMedia If it helps I can be specific as to when I first noticed the ITV pixelation. I was watching my local 6pm ITV news bulletin on Thursday 14th November.

I've had the same problem with pixelating on ITV and ITV2 all other channels are fine. Called sky yesterday and did some checks all seemed OK. I requested a new puck which came today. Guess what........
Still the same. Has anyone resolved this issue or contacted Sky and if so what was the result

Apparently someone who works at sky posted on here that they are aware of the problem and it is being investigated

It's really off putting while trying to watch itv. As I've only just joined I'm contemplating cancelling as I'm during cooling off period

You will find some people's experience of contacting Sky here: (when the problem was on Sky channels)
I would say basically don't bother.

Hi, I'm using a Sky Stream Puck and finding watching shows such as "I'm a celebrity get me out of here" and other shows pixalate terribly, to the point of me switching it off and watching something else. It's been ongoing for the past 4 evenings in a row. What's the problem, I use a wired connection to my router, DNS is 8.8.8.8 by default and I pay for 1Gbps Symmetrical Firbe internet that is not the problem.

Saw it ages ago @KevNewMedia.
First it was Sky channels, now it's non Sky ones
The sooner the puck is updated and not on our ISP and then we can all be happy 😀😀

This does not seem to be a problem restricted to Sky Stream - we have Sky Q and are experiencing the exact same problem.
Its only ITV channels - 1,2,3,4 all affected.
Some days are worse than others - from slight pixelation to frequent every few seconds, making watching some programmes very challenging.
There are numerous posts about ITV channels through Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream.
A Sky installer I spoke to is also aware of these issues, which only seem to affect (or mainly affect) ITV channels.
For us, all non-ITV channels are perfect, and we have a strong sattelite signal.
It is not weather related as the issues started way before the bad weather.
We can only hope that Sky and ITV can get this sorted ASAP.

I live in the West Midlands, specifically Coventry.
For the past few weeks, ITV on our Sky Stream has been constantly losing connection and when you are able to get a connection, the picture keeps scrambling and freezes, with the result that if we want to watch ITV, we need to switch over to Freeview.
As far as I'm aware, it's only the ITV channels that are affected, as I've not noticed any of these issues on the other channels.
Could it be a transmitter issue?

We've just started having an issue with itv 1 & 2. It was also with itv 3, but that has come back this morning.
I can see the issues have been going on for a while and they're being worked on.
Do we have any info on a timescale until it's fixed?
