Posted by a Sky employeeHi Everyone
Your comments started off in the other thread, and because this issue is applicable to ITV's own channels, I've moved your comments here. Some comments might look out of place as a result.
We have an ongoing investigation with ITV's channels and will update this thread as soon as we know more.
If you have a pixelation problem with channels other than ITV, please create your own post here and a member of the Community will be along to help 😀
This post will be marked as the answer, so that people get the most up-to-date information. Please note that this doesn't mean the issue is fixed, or not under investigation 😀

ITV News and BBC news both broke up and completely blacked out about 10.05 pm tonight. Some programmes almost unwatchable. Not a broadband issue as getting 313 mb/s.

Does this mean it's an itv problem now, not a Sky problem?

I can't say at this time - we'll work with ITV if we believe it's the feed coming in from them. Either way, we'll work to get a resolution 👍

No issues here. Wife watching the soaps and now jungle. Try powering off your TV at the mains for a few minutes.
