Paramount Plus
My paramount + will open but will stop on ads on my stream box and sometimes comes up with error 3005 when it dose not freeze.
I have rebooted router and wifi box and also refeshed app.
Funny thing is Paramount + also stops on ad with 1 second left on my phone when conected to WIFI but as soon as i turn off WIFI using 5G it works fine??? Is this an issue with SKY internet???

@Lee257 I'd recommend if possible you connect your router and Stream by ethernet cable. It really provides a more stable connection. Try it if you can and disable WiFi in the Stream settings.

This issue has only just started for me on Sky Glass.
Try and watch anything and it gets to 8 seconds left on the advert and then gives error code 3005. Internet issue but there isn't one as everything else is fine.
Annoying as got to Episode 7 on Mobland fine and now cannot get any further!!
Was there any actual fix for this problem? I have already rebooted Sky Glass, router, done a factory reset of Sky Glass and tried to watch on mobile device (which doesn't work either)......nothing has worked.

The 3005 error and ad stop error was fixed a few months or so back by Sky/Paramount and was reported by a number of customers on here including Myself on here.
Not seen any recent occurrences of it.
Is it any content this happens to on Paramount+ or just one or a few programmes?
See you have already tried a restart of your router and puck along with an app refresh.
Any app refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
In the Puck settings, under Systems Management, could you tell us the Build version and UI version?
Can you try turning off your Sky router for half hour or more, so it resets its WAN ip address.
If that does not help, come back and we will escalate to Sky for you.

Have moved your post here to another recent similar occurance of an old problem ( wher yiu had posted) that was fixed previously.
Can you read my post above and try what I have mentioned.

It happens on all the programs ive tried on Paramount Plus, some do not even load, some start on ad but with 7 seconds left it gives the error 3005.
When using my phone app it will freeze on ad when conected on WIFI but as soon as i change settings to 5G it works fine? so is it a router or internet problem?

Thanks, sounds like it could be an intermittent connection issue, like I sa6 it was similar to the error that was fixed.
Your Pucks are on a recent build level, but your UI version could be on a later one.
New versions are currently rolling out to customers, but your UI is recent, so should not be the issue.
Have you tried the leaving your Sky router off for half an hour to reset your WAN ip address?

Yes router off for half an hour. Still same issues.
I have spoken to SKY twice. First time they said it was an error at there end with a incorrect name on the account. second time they said they are aware of the issue a its happend before and are working to fix it but could give no time frame.

Think it migh5 be best to let the Sky Community messaging team work with you on this one.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

I have the same issue, only started fri when I tried sonic 3, before then no issues. I have tried multiple devices/browsers. Works fine when on 5 g o my phone so definitely a sky broadband issue
