@Debesh3 Have you tried an app refresh? If not go to Settings on Stream, the easiest way is to say "Settings" using the voice button. Then in Settings go to System management then Resets & Updates and select App refresh. This does take a few minutes but just wait for it to return you to the Home page. Then just to be sure go back into the same settings and select Restart device and again wait for it to return you to the Home page. Then try the app. I hope it works.

Hi @Debesh3To get you some help with this Paramount issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for a private online chat.

Keep a look out for a private community message from Sky (see envelope top right of your screen). You will also see a speech chat bubble appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble).
When the chat bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.
Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread. Also be aware the team work from 9am to 9pm Mon-Sun in the UK (Ireland may be different).
