No tv guide

I have no TV guide app so I have to keep using the voice button. Never had this issue before, I have reset the puc but no joy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Tomo1305 

 

Working here, but issue like this normally point to a blip sky's side. Try powering off your puck at the mains, reboot your broadband router, wait for the connection to restore and then power on your puck again.

 

If that doesn't work, post back and we will escalate your post to sky.

I thought the same yesterday then I realised that Sky had pushed the TV Guide and Apps even further down the page. Should be at the top IMO.
