Not recieved my puck

I ordered a sky puck over a week ago, my account has been updated to reflect it through the £10 per month per puck charge however i have not recieved the puck just an email from sky on jan 25th telling me the service was cancelled etc.

When i ordered the puck there was no set up fee where as now they want £39.95, has anyone else had the same predicament.

Cheers

Hi @Rob15

What does the order tracking say? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

Pucks are usually delivered next day via DPD or Royal mail: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/delivery-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

The best advice would be to call sky as we are fellow customers here on the community. Contact details here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help

Edit: misread your post. You will need to speak to sky to understand why the order was cancelled. They usually provide one puck free of change if taking whole home.

If your email stated the service was cancelled then you need to contact Sky to see what is happening. By the sounds of it, the Puck isn't coming. @Rob15
