Not get expected channels

Got the sky stream today expecting to get ARY DIGITAL, NEW VISION, HUM NEWS, ISLAM Channel, etc. but none of them is there, any guidance?

I'm afraid that if you were assuming the channel lineup is the same as on the Sky satellite platforms, that was incorrect.

This is particularly the case for International channels.

Not on Glass/Stream are:

Yes these are the channels I was expecting but...... even some of the kids' English channels are missing. Any idea how to get them?

What channels?

Its not possible to add channels - whatever channels are shown in the TV Guide section are all the available channels on the Sky streaming platform.

How about Sky Q? Does that provide those channels?

@SShahzad see this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass for a complete list of channels that are on Stream and those that aren't which should be on satellite. If the channel owner pays for an entry on Sky's epg tghen a Q box will be able to receive them . However. Satellite TV services do come and go quite frequently and Sky can never guarantee a particular channel will be available at any time. 

Checking online with the broadcaster should show if the platforms they use.
