Not get expected channels

Got the sky stream today expecting to get ARY DIGITAL, NEW VISION, HUM NEWS, ISLAM Channel, etc. but none of them is there, any guidance?

Its not possible to add channels - whatever channels are shown in the TV Guide section are all the available channels on the Sky streaming platform.
