Reset Sky stream remote and now won’t fully control Samsung TV
I set up Sky stream a couple of months ago, with two pucks, one connected to a Hisense Tv the other to a Samsung. We were having awful trouble getting one of the picks to stop freezing, so swapped it with the other to see if it was the puck or the TV. Obviously the remote wouldn't work the TV, so we re-paired the remote and the puck on the Hisense TV now works fine.
we then tried to reset the remote for the Samsung TV. Having previously controlled the tv volume and on/off, the settings now don't recognise my TV (ue55au7100k) and the process now tells me my TV is not supported, yet it worked just yesterday. We had no trouble at all pairing it on initial setup (in fact I was surprised it was so simple), and the remote has controlled the TV fully since then. We have reset the remote several times, swapped it with the other one again and now neither will fully control the TV. The best I can do is get it to control just the volume, by choosing another tv model.
anyone able to suggest anything? I am starting to regret getting Stream, as the puck seems to hate my wifi if it's not in the same room as the router (yet the signal is strong enough in other rooms for all other devices). It keeps freezing and telling me to wait, or losing sync between picture and sound. Was near perfect with sky Q.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Sky Stream setup. Try re-pairing the remote with your Samsung TV, ensuring the TV firmware is up to date, and performing a factory reset on both the Sky Stream puck and TV if needed. Also, consider moving the puck closer to the router or using an Ethernet connection to resolve Wi-Fi issues.
