@Sophie116 Hi Sophie, would you be kind enough to provide us with a bit more detail, for instance has it never worked or are you setting up for the first time? Also what did Sky suggest you try? As much information as possible would be helpful. It is a bit quiet on here due to the holidays as we are mainly just customers like yourself, but with more information I am sure someone will try and help
