I've had Sky Stream for a couple of months now. At least once a day, sometimes more often, the video freezes while the audio continues, or the audio freezes while the video continues. Occasionally the screen goes grey.
It happens when watching live TV, and watching on demand.
We have Gigabit broadband FTTP which is stable and has never dropped out to the best of my knowledge.
We have a Deco XE75 mesh. The Sky Puck is wired into the master, which itself is wired to the ONT.
The only device which has any issues is the puck, and it's an intermittent, yet very annoying issue.
I've tried resets, reboots, switching to WiFi, changing cables, and I'm out of ideas.
I see from other posts that I'm not the only one with this issue, and I'm wondering if maybe it's hardware related ?
