Puk shuts down and has to re-boit
My brand new Puk has shut down 3 times and I have to re-boit it

How's the broadband connection to the puck? Have you checked to see if it's fast enough? You can run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This tells you the speed your puck is receiving. Stream pucks need a good fast connection to work properly.

All of my devices are hard-wired to my router, which is full-fibre.
Now on my second 'Puck' in less than a week!
Still crashes when a program gets to an advert break - Message says 'there is a problem with this program' and it won't play again unless I re-boot the puck.
All other services via internet on my TV work
fine; iPlayer, Netfilx, ITVx etc
