Hi all,
we get no sound if selecting 'continue watching' menu list when sky stream comes on. If we select the same program via iplayer for instance, sound is fine again. If before using 'continue watching' we select a live tv program, or once we encounter the problem we then switch to live tv and back to 'continue watching' there is no issue. Just annoying that 'continue watching' is buggy and not straightforward usable.
Broadband speed is good and fast so is not the issue.
Anyone else having this issue and fixed it?

Find out more@toad11 Continue watching certainly has some issues that I have been vocal about for the last couple of years but I have not had the issue you are experiencing. It could just be a software glitch so restart you puck through settings if you have not already done so.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.
