No channels are loading. Everything reset but nothing working
Are you getting any error messages, when trying to watch tv channels and/or are your apps, like BBC iPlayer, ITVx, Netflix etc working ok via the Sky Stream box?
Try doing a power restart of your broadband router, leaving the Sky Stream puck in standby.
When your broadband router is back up, press the Home key on your Sky Stream and then do a settings restart on your Sky Stream puck by going to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
