Channel5 access

Unable to access channel 5 I followed instructions  on tv shows a code which I should use on my phone after inputting channel5.com/activate. But there's nowhere to input the code it goes straight to a sign in page. But will not recognise my password even after trying to renew it. Never had a problem before today. Driving me mad.

Channel 5 are going through a rebrand to 5 at the moment so I wonder if somethings been affected their end. 

However for me I can get past the login screen and then it allows me to input a code from the TV. 

Could you try making a new account?

That is odd, the change of the app from My5 to the 5 branded app, should not have logged you out.

 

Have you recently been using the My5 app on your Sky Stream?

If you have not used it at all for over a month, it does tend to log you out.

 

Have you tried logging in on another web browser with your known userid and password?
