No Sky.

Since 5.00 am I have had no Sky. I have done everything as instructed. Then about 5.40 pm as instructed by AI I did what was told , switch off at the mains, leave 10 seconds, back again etc, now my puck is no more. No white light, nothing. Hence I have been told to come to the community. I'm not holding my breath !
