No Re Runs for Brazilian Grand Prix

I'm new to Sky Stream and for the second time I'm unable to watch a sporting event after the live coverage has ended. The first one was a day of the England v Pakistan test match, when I accessed one of the days play it only showed the previous day. Secondly I can't watch the Brazilian GP race, the icon is there but it shows the sprint race only. The system seems very poor compared with the record and play version I had with Virgin. Anyone else having the same issues? I phoned sky today but the agent was unaware of these issues. However I asked the agent to make a note of my call and the issue on my electronic notes. The system is certainly not what was promised to me and if it doesn't get better I'm back off to Virgin, contracts work both ways, also I routinely record my phone calls to all utilities, and yes I tell them at the start of the call.

There are a number of posts on the forum talking about this topic. Sky seem to have had a number of issues in the weekend. Comparing a streaming product to virgin isn't a great comparison. Sky Glass / Stream doesn't record locally it is totally reliant on Sky services and infrastructure. Their Q product records.

If you scroll through the forum or use the search you will see the numerous threads on the topic. The best option is to complaint to sky's viewer relations team. Their email is viewerR@sky.uk. we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

Lets hope they sort it and don't have a repeat, but no your not alone.
