We've just moved and Sky are the only provider. Everything is ok apart from the programmes on the TV in the living room keep stalling. It's really annoying and I am wondering if a WiFi booster would help and how I could get one.

What speed is your internet connection? You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. The connection between the puck and router isnalso important. If you are in a marginal reception area in your home an extender may help, but if it's low speed it won't. You can also try ethernet cable or homepkugs and turn WiFi off in the settings on the puck.

Hi Mike
Thanks for your reply. This is only happening in the living room so I think I need an extender. Have no idea how to get one as speaking to Sky seems impossible 😞

Open netflix and go to get help? > Connection check. This will give you the speed glass is getting. As you have a Sky landline you can call 150 to get through to customer services.
You can buy homeplugs for as little as £20 on amazon.
If you want to contact Sky from another number see: https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down to need more help? And you will see an 0333 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post phone numbers

Hi Mike
thanks again. I don't have Sky Glass and I don't have a landline phone. I have been able to find the 0333 number, so will try that tomorrow. It's just so frustrating that they make it so difficult to speak to someone. 😕
