New to sky stream

Tried getting a movie thru sky store

Directed to skystore.com/signin which was fine. Go back to TV and still have same message. Can order and watch movies on my phone but not thru my puck. 2 weeks in and already frustrated

Are you logged in to the Sky Store app on the puck with the same username and password you're using on the Sky Store website?

@Tim1978  You need to find the sky store app on the puck and login and use that to view the movie
