Sky stream

Hi All 

Does anyone  know if it is possible to get a Sky stream puck re activated after a cancelling it after a previous trial period ?

Yes it should but you will probably have to call them to do it.

Only if the previous trial was after February 28th (or around that date). All pucks sent out before that are owned by the customer.

Yes the puck was purchased on February 9th and says in my sky customer owned
