New remote

Hello I've been told sky are sending me a new remote, is this sent Royal Mail or courier please? Thank you

@Rebecca2582  When I needed a replacement remote about 18 months ago I was told one would be sent and would take between 3 to 5 days.  I had to request one 4 times before one was actually received.  This one came by Royal Mail and just took a couple of days.

As mentioned above.

Replacement remote controls are sent by Royal Mail and should take about 2-3 days to arrive.

 

Often a tracking number or message on its delivery may appear in your MySky account under Orders.
