Episodes rewinds after watching ad

Hi. I am using sky puck and found that if I play any episode from from my playlist,   after compularoly watching first set of advertisements the episode rewinds to start of programme and I have to forward the already watched episode each time.  This is very annoying.  is any one also facing the same issue?

@GGoel  Try rebooting your puck and that may well fix any software glitches. To do this just switch off your Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

I have exactly the same problem. Sometimes it continually returns to the start of a programme after the first ads and I cannot watch further. On other times I have to watch the adverts twice. I will reboot later to see if it fixes it
