New puck and remote, remote completely dead

I've just received a puck and remote. The remote is completely dead. I've tried changing the batteries, there is no paper stuck inside, tried pressing 7&9 and then 1&3 and the writing method. How can I get a replacement remote as I can't use the TV until I get a working remote?

@Elaine23 @There isn't for glass/stream. You will need to phone them
