New customer, 2 sky boxes only one remote

So I received 2 sky boxes one for downstairs one for bedroom, when I've gone to set up, I have two sky boxes but only one remote, shouldn't I have 2 remote controls?

Pucks should arrive in individual sealed boxes with the remote prominently positioned.
