Cancelled Whole Home - Puck still working

End date was yesterday 8/12 Puck still working,

this morning both the Glass 2 & Puck were showing "Lets get you connected" didn't do anything about it, went out for couple of hours came back both connected showing the Home Screen, both are working as they should, strange

Thought I'd have to go through setting it up but didn't

On My Sky it's showing that I don't have "Whole Home" offering it for £10 a month for 2 years, not having it as we didn't use it enough

Can't understand why the puck is still working when I've cancelled Whole Home

anyone any ideas?

A glitch on Sky's billing systems perhaps, or maybe the server where all your SkyOS and SkyID information is stored hasn't updated yet?

Just carry on using it whilst it works. They're not going to come chasing you for money if it's their mistake.

Sky have sent the return box for the Puck & accessories, got until 6/2/26 to return them, it's still working so I guess this is how they do it now

Iirc the subscription sometimes stays active for the duration of the notice period so if you are still in the notice period this is usually standard behaviour

I think the notice period finished on the 8th December.
