@ScottishClaymore  Perhaps it's there for all OS versions as Sky Go for Stream/Glass is available to everyone?

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Also just wondering if they'll be making recordings viewable in the new Sky Go? I'm not sure if it's even possible for them to do but it would be nice if they could

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Regarding missing functionality in SkyOS: can we have this screen back please for the next update??

This is very important for family members featured in shows who are no longer with us. It is a dreadful loss of memories when moving to SkyQ, or now to Sky Glass/Stream and losing these forever.

@SkyGoFan  Unlikely to happen as the streaming platforms won't want users to be able to record/archive their shows.

That's essentially impossible to implement on any current device which only has HDMI output.

It's referring to a legacy hardware design from a quarter-century ago that had analogue SCART and composite video ports which aren't covered by mandatory HDCP as part of the global HDMI licencing scheme.

Exiting to live TV from the tv guide mini tv.

Not sure I've noticed this before.

But a prompt appeared on the mini TV today, when in the tv guide, that shows;

Above, a lot easier than using Home key and backup key or pressing backup key multiple times to return to Live TV from the TV guide.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Bit of a stupid question: is there some kind of a mini guide showing now and next?

Saw a pic of that somewhere but can't bring it up. Perhaps not implemented yet...

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Hello

Please advise on how to comment on layout issues, as there are some glaring ones that make it much more time consuming to operate that could be easily changed before final rollout.

For example, top bar/tv guide: favourites button should be on left, not extreme right, as this will be a frequently used option, and so should be the quickest to get to.

Thanks

Sky os2 beta design faults

Hello

Top rail/tv guide:

PLEASE can you move the favourites button to the left hand side of the rail, as this is one of the most frequent buttons I use, and it is unwieldy and rsi inducing to have to scroll across to the right hand side every time. Thank you

Please advise if this is not the correct forum

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

For me a now and next is a miss , I got to keep going to the tv quide rather then what we used to have by pushing the middle button on the remote and scrolling up and down then making your choice and also to have a watch in UHD option for sports like we used to have when pushing right on the remote  , i also think apps would be better at the top rather then sports on the home page , also if u select bbc 1 or 2 on the homepage u get the local channels not the 101 or 102.

BUG - tonight there is a film called revolver on sky one. When I go through the channels and stop on sky one it says you have entered PIN incorrectly 3 times. I haven't tried to enter it once

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Maybe add in an aerial input plus a couple of satellite inputs for backup and a 2Tb SSD to download these recordings to and I will hand over my Sky Q Box immediately.

but until I can watch Live and/or Recorded content even with zero internet then I will have to wait till it's no option.
