I cant watch the F1 at all as there is no catchup available since 2.0 has installed.

I'm not seeing any recording issue of F1 or any Sky sports I normally record with Sky OS 2

All my F1 sessions for this and last weekend recorded fine with Sky OS 2 as they have done all this season and all sit nicely now in the MyLibrary Watchlist and within the Manage recordings section.

Here are the two F1 practice sessions recorded from yesterday. Im just getting ready to watch some of FP3 and qualy this morning.

With Sky OS 2.0, within the tv guide, programme page etc, you will see the red recording option, as below.

In this case it's showing the series link red circle, rather than the single record circle.

Plus also check your scheduled list under Home>My Library>Manage recordings>Scheduled

How do I leave this Beta, says something should be in the Apps list but nothing us there,

Just to be sure, are you scrolling down from to the full Apps rail, not the one you see in Home bar>recents.

It should be there on the full apps rails.

Re: New Updates

Yes I find the ffwd is very erratic in performance, sometimes it will ffwd a few seconds then pause then go a few more and so on..

Also yes the remaining mins will not be accurate most of the time, multi hour programmes are the most difficult to watch on live pause.

Beta Feedback:

Ive noticed that fast forwarding a recording is very patchy, sometimes it stops completely and it seems slower than just watching ads.

I have also noticed sometimes in recordings when I go to View all, and go on a program it doesn't actually show me any recordings at all (picture attached). I have to just scroll along the rail before tapping view all.  I do have a lot more episodes recorded but they don't show when viewing my recordings this way

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Hi lettuce, I definitely have no option in the apps bar to leave the beta, it has never been there and I am literally pulling my hair out as for me it is diabolical and I can't even watch some catch-up programs as most have dissappear since 2.0 has uploaded to my puck, I have nothing on F1 catchup since last weeks race in Baku,  NOT a single session is there for this weekends race and I just want rid of this diabolical mess.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Hi @r0adster , There certainly doesn't seem to be an issue recording sports programmes on OS 2.0 they are in my library ready for playback,

Did you check out what @lettice  said and the pictures he posted on a previous post? The first thing is definitely check the scheduled recordings and make sure that you still have F1 added, alternatively check the TV guide and see if you have a red record circle on the programme info screen? If not then you will need to set the recording again.

Assume for that you either added to playlist/watchlist or set a recording series.

Can you go to Home bar>My Library, scroll down to bottom rail and scroll over to Manage Recordings..

First go to Manage and scroll down for that programme. Is it showing multiple recordings. It will say ' x episodes'

To leave that area, use the back key.

Next on that same bottom rail go to  Manage Recordings and select All recordings . Click on the tile for the programme and it should show the full programme page. Scroll down to the Latest recordings rail. You should see the recent recordings there and a history of previous ones if it was cloud recording before Sky OS 2.0

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

My problem is that it doesn't always shows the Latest Recordings section, it sometimes shows but sometimes it doesn't, but the recordings show in other areas

That is to allow you to put a parental pin on the Sky OS 2 app. The app that allows you to remove you  devices from the trial.
