Netflux not loading

anyone having probs with Netflix not loading thru Sky stream

You will need to provide more details. What do you mean by not loading? Can you access the app but not playback content? or can't access the app at all? Is there an error? Can you describe the issue?

Blank screen when trying to launch app.

Occured several times

Eventually after launching another app succesfully when returning to Netflix it appeared to load but for a few minutes there was picture judder for a split second when picture panning.

Having finished watching movie was scrolling down what other films available when came up with an error message saying Netfilix had encountered an error and retrying in xxxx seconds then seemed to load app again ok

I get this if attempting to access Netflix on Sky Stream around 7.30pm most evenings. I have no issue if I use Netflix app on my LG TV. 
I suspect the Sky servers are over subscribed at peak times in my area - I'm SE London.

Same thing happened again this evening around 8pm.  Tried to load Netflix but just got black screen. Tried several times loading Netflix from Home Screen but same result. As previously, I tried loading another app which worked fine and when I went back and tried Netflix again it worked okay. 
However it is now 8:45pm and Netflix prog Lochness has frozen and not responding to remote.

Now unplugging power to puck for 10 seconds. Puck rebooted and programme showing in Continue Watching and then loaded Netflix okay and pressing resume  Lochness continued from where it had hung previously

 

Defo think Sky has a problem with Netflix
