Hello,
I have netflix as part if my account. However, for the past couple months it has been someone else's account (in spanish) linked to my account. I have tried calling multiple times and have got no where. I am currently paying for a service I can not use. Please can you advise how this can be corrected.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Janice6 Welcome to the forum. As @SKY1992bf says you will probably need to contact Netflix. To me it sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked.
If you go to the search bar at either the top or bottom of this page and enter "Netflix hacked" you will be directed to a number of previous threads where this has happened.
