I along with many others have had problems getting netflix
I used to get it to work by switching of and disconnecting but this no longer works.
Because I only get problem on additional box not on main q box so I wonder if this just fault on extra box.
Tried calling sky but they say they are aware of issue since last year.
Been vip member for 18 years so would expect a little more help from sky
Anyone got same issue

You get the same treatment as all other customers.
