Netflix failing in evenings

Trying to watch Netflix on my Sky Stream has become very hit and miss in recent weeks. Actually, it's always "miss" after 6pm - the screen goes black and that's it until I restart the Stream.
I've taken to watching via my LG TV app, which connects to Netflix quickly every time.
I suspect it's at the Sky server end, but it's making me wonder why I bother with Stream as the Netflix audio and video through the LG are superior. Stream customer since it was introduced but renewing in 2026 no longer a  formality.  London SE10 btw

@nmbailey  How od your puck connected to the hub?  Is it just the netflix app affected or other apps/channels on the puck?

Re: Netflix failing in evenings

Just Netflix - all other Apps

fine and Sky broadband delivering 280+ down speed. Puck connected via Ethernet.
I have a second puck connected via the WiFi and that doesn't have the Netflix problem. I'm thinking of swapping them around

@nmbailey  It may be worth swapping them around to see if the same uissue replicates on the swapped puck too.

Re: Netflix failing in evenings

I have same problem... been going on for a number of weeks along with other puck "dropping out" issues randomly (Puck led going out and nothing on Tv screen). Cannot recommend SKY stream to anyone based on reliability.
