Being told that l am not subscribed to tv channels which l know l was

Some Sky tv channels l have previously had as part of my package are now not available and l am told to upgrade if l want to view them, eg Sky witness, Sky arts and some others

Sky stream puck, Sky ultimate tv, sky entertainment with Netflix standard with ads, sky broadband & Talk

Hi @Scuttle 

 

Have you checked that in the my sky app. The channels you have listed are not available as part of Sky Essentials but are part of Ultimate. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass
