Netflix Activation
Moved to Sky Stream last week and have received several emails to activate my new netflix account inclued in the package..
Follow the link and give my sky account details and get back a code and enter it and then nothing.... same error message every time saying it's a sky problem and to try again later.... been the same for days.... any chance sky fix this?

Do you have an existing account? As you can activate netflix by signing in on Sky with your existing account. This tells netflix that Sky has taken oven the billing.

If you are signing up for a new account, I can escalate you post to Sky.

Thank you for your reply.... I tried something similar on my puck and it let me register for Netflix there. It just not work if you use the link from the email.

Hello, I am new to Sky having moved over from BT. My package includes ad free Netflix and this is stated on my account details. I cannot activate Netflix on my TV. All I get is an error message that the problem is with Sky and I should try again later. This has been going on for over a week! My major problem with BT was customer service. It appears that I have jumped out of the frying pan into the fire because I am getting no help fro Sky at all. The customer service seems equally shambolic. Can anyone out there suggest how can I move things forward? I haven't got the time to spend hours on the telephone waiting for someone to answer and whenever I have been given an answer it is just an AI bot which returns me to the same useless page on the website.
