Netflix Activation Link Not Working

Hi, new Sky customer here!

 

Trying to get my Netflix up and running with an activation link since I don't have a TV, but I've only been getting this error the last few days every time I use the provided link on the Sky website. Is this a problem for anyone else as well?

@LynFable  If you don't have a TV at all I would cancel Sky stream element as your paying for something you won't be able to use, what you're paying for Stream would get you a netflix subscription.

 

In order to activate Netflix through Sky you need to have an active Sky Stream subscription, you won't be able to activate Sky stream (although it does auto activate after 21 days).  I simply can't imagine what the sales person was thinking even after you told them you don't have a TV.

 

You do have a 31 day cool off period.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@LynFable  If you don't have a TV I'm confused as to what Sky TV service you've signed up to?

 

How are you going to watch Sky TV which is required to use Netflix through Sky.

Hi,

 

When I ordered my broadband I was talked into getting the TV package with Netflix even when I said that I don't have a TV since they said I would be able to use it while streaming through my comptuer as well. Is that not the case?

 

If not, should I contact Sky to somehow change my package to take Sky TV out of it?

 

Apologies if this is just a silly mistake on my part, I'm probably just a first-timer being taken advantage of.

Thank you very much for the information and for replying to me! Just got off the phone with Sky, they cancelled the Sky Stream package for me after realising I'm unable to use it 🙂 I appreciate your help.
