I have tried unplugging puck, restarting my sky  puck.i clicked for more information in Netflix app and connection says good and i tired toreset in the Netflix app. Also tried refresh apps in sky stream puck settings ?

Re: Sky stream Netflix error

Yes done that thanks and factory reset. Spent 45 mins on phone with technical and ended up puck stuck on blue screen. Unfortunately only solution was to cancel.not first puck I have had very frustrating.

Hi @Fregrin I have not personally seen that error message but I believe it is to do with the cache.  I see you have tried rebooting your puck and refreshing your Apps which I thought should have resolved it but obviously not.  Have you tried the "Reload Netflix" option in the Netflix help menu?  If that doesn't work then try signing out of Netflix and sign back in (provided you can remember your login details).
