No programmes with puck box 

had Diagnostic test WiFi ok 

it will come up either no signal or fault

Generally requires a reboot, unplug it power back up

@Thoms1   Try and check your setup.  It needs to be quite specific.  Check your router is not near a window or mirror, that it has direct line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way.  Make sure the puck stands alone not touching anything with space around it and several feet away from other electrical equipment.
